The Boards on Board 2 event 'See the Problem, Own the Problem, Fix the Problem' aims to build on discussions at the first Boards on Board event, in particular executive/non executive support during this phase of the SPSP and the subsequent discussions and actions that you have taken forward in your NHS board.

Discussions and action planning will take place around the cost and quality agenda, and creating a learning system for quality. The programme will also teach practical tools for those leading quality and patient safety endeavours.
